Parenting is hard! Parenting a stressed child and/or adolescent is even harder! Come join the DWE team to learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress in children and adolescents. Participants will also learn skills to help children manage their stress. Although the workshop is intended for adults, there will also be a separate play area for children during the event!
